Where do you deliver?
Bisous delivers in France, Europe, and internationally, with Colissimo, DHL Express, and UPS depending on the destination.
What are the delivery times?
The indicated delivery times are less than 48 hours for mainland France, less than 72 hours for Europe and less than 5 days for the rest of the world. These times are approximate.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on orders over €69, both to Chrono2Shop pickup points and via standard delivery. Below that, expect €5.90 for standard delivery. Need your order fast? Express delivery is available for €10. Fees may vary depending on the delivery area and package weight; the amount displayed at checkout applies.
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund is announced within 5 days of receipt of the returned products.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes, Bisous has a flagship store located at 17 Rue de l’ancien Courrier in Montpellier.
