Where do you ship?
Bisous ships in France, Europe, and internationally, using Colissimo, DHL Express, and UPS depending on the destination.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are under 48h for Metropolitan France, under 72h for Europe, and under 5 days for the rest of the world. These times are given as a guide.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free from €69 of purchases. Below that, standard shipping costs €5.90. Need your order fast? Express shipping is available for €10. Rates may vary depending on the delivery zone and parcel weight; the amount shown at checkout is the final one.
How long does it take to get refunded?
Refunds are issued within 5 days of receiving the returned items.

Yes, Bisous has a flagship store located at 17 Rue de l'ancien Courrier in Montpellier.

The store is open Monday from 1pm to 7pm, then Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm.
